by We would like to inform you that the schedule for the EPIA 2024 Conference has undergone some changes regarding the Social Tour and Conference Banquet timings. These adjustments were made to better accommodate the event logistics and enhance the overall experience for all participants.
New Schedules:
- Social Tour: The Social Tour, initially scheduled to end at 7:30 PM, will now conclude at 6:45 PM. This adjustment allows for a longer break between the afternoon activities, giving participants more time to rest and prepare for the evening events.
- Conference Banquet: The Conference Banquet, which was previously set to begin at 8:00 PM, has been rescheduled to start at 7:30 PM. This change provides more time for socializing and enjoying the evening.
These are the only changes to the schedule, and they were made to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved. We continue to work diligently to make EPIA 2024 a memorable event. We appreciate your understanding and are available to answer any questions you may have.
