- Accepted Papers: To have a paper published in the conference proceedings, at least one author of the paper has to be registered as a presenter by the early registration deadline. For authors of more than one paper, an additional fee of €100 is charged for each additional paper, with a maximum of two additional papers.
- Additional Pages: Papers exceeding the limit of 12 pages are charged 50€ per additional page. Papers with more than 14 pages will not accepted for publication.
- Student Registration:Â In order to complete the registration, students are required to provide a certificate of enrolment issued by their university.
- Additional Conference Dinner Tickets:Â Additional conference dinner participation tickets can be reserved. The cost will be announced soon.

To proceed with the final submission, please follow the instructions below:

Please submit a .ZIP file containing the following documents:
- Article in LATEX or Word Format: Ensure that the article is in an editable format.
- Springer Copyright Consent Form: The form must be duly completed.
File Naming Instructions
The .ZIP file should be named in the following format:
EPIA2024_number of submitted article.zip
Example:
EPIA2024_79.zip
